Phil played a pivotal role in securing major accounts across Canada and the USA, including HealthPro, and established Neobex as a top supplier to the Quebec government. HOW IT STARTED

Phil has always been blessed (or cursed) with a relentless curiosity about the world combined with an audacity to go for what he wants.
As a self-proclaimed “life optimizer,” he began his professional journey in business development for leading companies like Bayer, Roche, Lundbeck, AbInbev, and Telus. During this period, he discovered that personal growth is the secret weapon to business success.

Phil believes that the path to growth requires risk and hardship, and he has embraced his fair share of failure along the way, fuelling his vision of becoming a world class entrepreneur.

From his entire warehouse burning down to a deal falling through where he had to negotiate back over 10 million dollars of inventory, Phil saw all of these “oh shit” moments as opportunities to rebuild, proving that the path to success wasn’t some fluke but a repeatable framework.

These experiences, enough to make any entrepreneur throw in the towel, have become a core tenet of Phil’s philosophy, driving him to do more and be better each time.

In 2018, Phil heard another call to adventure and jumped into entrepreneurship. He built his first business, Neobex Medical, from the ground up, achieving over $70 million in annual revenue without fundraising.

He was in charge of sourcing, sales, and negotiation, expanding the business into multiple countries and managing key accounts and public tenders. After selling Neobex Medical, Phil became an angel investor and serial entrepreneur, focusing his energy as a founding investor and Chief Business Development Officer for Promethium, a nanotechnology company in the air purification industry.

He has been in charge of the go-to-market strategy for a new photocatalyst technology, generating high-quality leads in Canada, the USA, Mexico, and France.
