Phil Neil is a serial entrepreneur and Managing Director with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record. Phil founded and scaled Neobex Medical to over $40 million EBITDA, successfully exiting in 2021 for 8-figures.

Currently, as the Managing Director of a $1 billion private equity fund, Phil focuses on acquiring and scaling aerospace and defense companies. He specializes in navigating international markets, securing major deals, and facilitating deep tech disruption at a global scale.
